Nekisha Killings is a facilitator, equity strategist, and maternal health advocate whose work centers on helping people and organizations lead with greater awareness, inclusion, and humanity. Over the past two decades, she has guided conversations across nonprofit, corporate, education, and healthcare spaces, helping teams move beyond performative approaches toward meaningful cultural change.
As founder of Lioness Lactation and co-founder of Nikki & Nikki: Lactation Career Consultants, Nekisha has become a respected voice in maternal and child health equity, particularly in underserved communities. She currently serves as Director of Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Lactation Education Resources and consults organizations nationwide on inclusive leadership and strategy.
Nekisha brings warmth, honesty, and practical insight to her work, creating spaces where people feel challenged, seen, and empowered to grow. Her leadership is deeply rooted in service, volunteerism, and the belief that lasting change begins with courageous conversation.
