Dr. Kent Rhodes is an organizational strategist, educator, and advisor with deep expertise in leadership, conflict management, and family business systems. He serves as faculty in Pepperdine University’s Master of Science in Organization Development and Doctoral Program in Organization Leadership and consults with organizations nationwide on leadership and organizational dynamics.

Before entering academia, Kent founded and led an internet education company through significant growth and acquisition, giving him firsthand experience navigating entrepreneurship, organizational change, and executive leadership. His work today integrates both academic insight and practical business experience.

Kent is widely respected for helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity with greater clarity, emotional intelligence, and long-term perspective. He is also the co-author of Managing Conflict in the Family Business, a leading resource focused on the intersection of relationships and organizational leadership.
