Dr. Jill McCrory brings more than four decades of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and organizational training. With a background spanning national associations, nonprofit leadership, and pastoral work, she is known for creating engaging environments where people feel equipped to lead at every level.

Jill spent 17 years with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), including serving as Senior Director of Training, before co-founding Leadership Outfitters more than 25 years ago. Since then, she has worked with boards, executive teams, chapters, and organizations across the country, helping leaders strengthen communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Her work is grounded in the belief that healthy leadership begins with healthy relationships. Jill brings a thoughtful blend of wisdom, creativity, humor, and compassion to every room she leads. She also serves as faculty for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management and currently serves as an Intentional Interim Pastor in Bethesda, Maryland.
