When you approach a situation or task, how
do you determine which action to take as well as how you gather information?
Do you:
• Make quick decisions
and take risks
• Examine the details and consider all options
• Care how others feel and build good teams
• Full of creative ideas, innovative and spontaneous With all these different communication approaches, how will leaders with
these different approaches get along? How do you adjust your communication
style to accommodate others? It may be exhausting, but if you adjust or
name your style when you communicate may actually help. However, using

and be sincere.
