We add value to your organization

develop a customized curriculum, deliver practical tools that your team

Assessment
Most Leadership Outfitters client relationships begin with
an assessment designed to identify the needs of our partnering organizations
and their
teams. We collect pertinent information that captures the present state
and desired state of the organization. The assessment phase can include
meetings with and surveys of the team from senior level management to
the newest members. Involving everyone provides multiple perspectives
and creates
support for the relationship.
Development
Once we have worked together to determine the direction of
the program, the Leadership Outfitters creative team designs a customized
curriculum
that addresses the specific needs of the client.
Delivery
The Leadership Outfitters approach offers a unique blend of lecturettes,
simulations, and/or experiential learning exercises. This approach provide
participants with practical tools and skills that they can immediately
use upon return to the classroom, office, or field. Our highly interactive
approach
continues to receive high marks from our client partners.
Support
The building of "passionate leaders" and "high-performing
teams" doesn't happen overnight. In acknowledgement of this, Leadership
Outfitters can provide additional on-going support through follow-up
visits, telephone conferencing, and consultations.
